In the beginning of every year, I start with a list of things I want to improve in my life. And I know I’m not the only one doing this.

Just keep this in mind: change takes time. While working toward your goals, you’ll live with your current self everyday. Hating yourself the way you’re right now will not help you. Love yourself, and work toward your goals ❤️
