Blocking time for learning

There is a saying that goes:

If it’s not on your calendar, then it’s not gonna happen.

I’ve been avoiding this for a long time as I felt I can balance things without a calendar. And truth is, I managed to do that to some extent. Especially balancing personal and professional life. Which is challenging when you work from home.

What suffered, however, is my learning time. I didn’t spend much time learning new things in the past months. And I’m a person who loves learning new things.

That’s why I decided, starting from today, to block 4h each week for learning. Two on Tuesday and two on Thursday.
