It’s the weekend. You’re with your family playing cards. One of them asks you how work is going. You respond with the default answer, good.
Then you remember that problem you had in the week and how you left without fixing it Friday. That problem was so hard you didn’t have a clue what’s causing it or how to fix it.
Then, out of the blue, you had an idea. You start thinking about it. And then you realize it’s probably the solution to that problem.
Work is not called work only when you’re holding your laptop or when you’re at your desk. Work can happen outside of your working hours.
Do not consider yourself a bad guy if you didn’t work 8 hours every single day. Odds are you are working outside of your working hours too.
