How I accomplished 100 projects with simple productivity methods

Just a plain old Kanban board, following a simple formula, and getting things done.

Here’s how it looks:

Some project names and descriptions were changed for personal reasons. But you can see that 108 projects were archived (ie, done).

In addition to this board, I have a list of future projects/ideas above it (not in the screenshot). When I want to start a new project, I just drag it from the top list to the Kanban board. And voilà.

No automation. No fancy method. Keep it simple.
