I have a new addiction. A good one, I think.
I used to wake up every day and think about work, chores, and errands. But now, all I can think of is closing my Apple Watch rings: burn 740 calories, do a 30-minute exercise, and stand for 12 hours.
740-30-12 for short.
At least, that helps me stays active. Let’s see if I can continue my streak for a long time.
